課程概述 |
行政學專題研究主要在提供行政學相關主要領域的系統統性回顧。課程由彭錦鵬和蘇彩足兩位老師共同授課，採用上半學期和下半學期分別授課的方式。彭錦鵬老師採用教科書為為 Public Management Reform－A Comparative Analysis : New Public Management, Governance, and the Neo-Weberian State（Pollitt and Bouckaert, 2011）採用比比較分析的方法，探討公共管理改革的模式。並介紹和檢討全觀型治理的理念。 |

提供碩士班同學對於政治、行政的系統性、歷史性、全盤性的理解。 |
|
課程要求 |
上課前，閱讀指定教材，上課時充分參與討論。口頭報告和書面報告，應充分準備。學期報告應符合學術規範，準時交卷。 |
